Is the first consultation paid?

This no-obligation meeting allows you to share what you’re looking for in a therapist, ask questions about their approach, and discuss your concerns in a pressure-free environment. How often should I come to therapy?
Initially, we recommend weekly sessions to provide consistent momentum toward achieving your therapeutic objectives. Your therapist will collaborate with you to determine the appropriate timing for transitioning to less frequent appointments as progress is made and goals are met.
How many sessions does it take to start seeing results?
The number of therapy sessions varies significantly for each individual, as treatment duration depends on your specific concerns, goals, and personal circumstances. Psychotherapy can range from short-term focused work to longer-term exploration spanning months or years, depending on the depth of insight and change you wish to achieve through the therapeutic process.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 business hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur the full session fee.
